Last night over 15 young professionals gathered around the table at the Old City Jewish Art Gallery to learn how to make Hamantaschen from OCJAC Co-Director Emunah in preparation for Purim next week. They had a vast assortment of flavors such as halvah, chocolate chip cookie dough, chocolate rosemary, peanut butter and fluff, caramel and much more. Emunah taught the group how to make a vanilla and chocolate dough and of course how to properly pinch the corners! Once the dough was made everyone made their own Hamanataschen to take home to their families.
