YPN Grilled n’ Chilled

July 28, 2016 by JHP

JHP’s Young Professional Network celebrated summer Tuesday night with a successful Grill n’ Chill.  In addition to enjoying delicious BBQ, together they were able to make and donate sandwiches to feed over 600 people at St. John’s Hospice Homeless Shelter in Philadelphia. As a treat after their efforts, Arta Tequila led a tequila tasting as sponsors of the event.
Everyone enjoyed meeting new people while making PB&J sandwiches and enjoying the sunny weather.
“I had an awesome time bonding with friends, both old and new, and helping to make a difference in the community by making sandwiches that were donated to our local homeless shelter.”
– Bryan Kirschner, YPN Participant
