Chayale Hershcovich is the Director of Development & Strategic Growth at Jewish Heritage Programs (JHP) at the University of Pennsylvania. A lifelong shlucha with a background in Human Relations and Organizational Development, she has spent more than a decade leading successful fundraising campaigns and helping mission-driven organizations grow through strategic planning, communications, and relationship-building.
Chayale lives in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Rabbi Zvi Hershcovich, and their seven children.
