Last Wednesday Paul Sloate, CEO of Green Drake Advisors, LLC., gave an in depth presentation to the guests at December’s JBN luncheon held on Temple Center City’s campus. Among many other topics, Sloate discussed the economic forecast for the real estate market, interest rates, taxes, health care, and employment. Sloate tied in 2016’s political outcomes and how they will effect various aspects of the national economy. Guests were encouraged to ask questions and start discussions with both Sloate and the other guests in attendance. Our regular 2 hour luncheon seemed short with so many insightful and concerned guests joining in on this important conversation.
