When you think of your time with JHP, what do you think about?

Judaism, our traditions, and especially learning from the rabbis, all of whom were very knowledgeable and open to all questions and to everyone.

How was your Birthright experience?

I did Birthright senior year and it was an incredible experience, such an amazing trip. I had a whole bus with my ZBT fraternity brothers which was truly incredible and made the trip that much better, spending time with some of my closest friends in such an important place for us.

Do you still keep in touch with people you met or hung out with through JHP?

Yes, I still keep in touch with many of them, especially since a good number of them were my fraternity brothers.

What stands out to you about your experience with JHP?

I did not come from a strong knowledge base of Judaism prior so I wanted to take away as much as I could from my involvement with JHP. During school I set a time that I spent learning with Menachem and the other rabbis which really grew my knowledge and connection to Judaism beyond what I had previously understood.
