Communications Intern Wanted

 Looking for a hands-on learning experience in social media? The Jewish Heritage Programs is looking for an organized, diligent, dependable, multi tasker who has knowledge of social media, Constant Contact, and website management.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Updating social media pages;
  • Updating websites;
  • Sending out general emails, announcements and events; and
  • Some administrative duties.

The best part about this internship is we are open to new things. You will have the opportunity help guide our communications strategy and put your ideas into action.

This internship does not involve fetching coffee, running mindless errands, or shining our shoes. Instead, you will see how a non-profit environment functions and meet professionals in a wide array of fields. These connections will help you build effective networks and learn a great deal about communication strategies. This internship is about 10-15 hours a week and a minimum of $200 a month.
