			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>Charlotte Frank</strong><br /><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Senior Vice President, R&amp;D for McGraw-Hill</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: small;">Charlotte Frank is Senior Vice President, Research and Development for McGraw-Hill Education of The McGraw-Hill Companies. One of her responsibilities is to research and develop, where appropriate, the educational activities with two other segments of the corporation: The Financial Services Sector, including Standard and Poor’s, and the Information Services Group that includes Aviation Week, Engineering News-Record and Architectural Record. She also represents McGraw-Hill at the National Business Roundtable’s Education Taskforce Initiative and coordinates the Harold W. McGraw Jr. Prize In Education for those who have made a difference in education. Dr. Frank is also co-chair with Peter Yarrow (Peter, Paul &amp; Mary) of Operation Respect. She joined the company in 1988 from a nine year leadership role as Executive Director of the Division of Curriculum and Instruction for the New York City Board of Education where she was also a teacher and supervisor. Dr. Frank has received more than 60 awards for her achievements in education. Most recently, she was one of twenty recipients for the Hunter College Hall of Fame and then one of seven who were honored to be a Townsend Harris Medalist from the Alumni of the College of the City of New York. She has authored numerous articles and lectured extensively on the critical issues of education and their importance for the business community. Dr. Frank graduated with a B.B.A. from CCNY, a MS.ED. From Hunter College, received her Ph.D. from New York University and is now a N.Y.S. Regent Emerita.</span></span></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-size: large;">Amit Friedlander</span></strong><br /><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Research Analyst, Force Capital</span></p>
<p>Amit Friedlander is currently a research analyst at Force Capital Management, where he focuses on evaluating investment opportunities in the financials and industrials sectors.  Mr. Friedlander was previously the director of business development for <a href="http://healthytyping.com/" target="_blank">healthytyping.com</a>, an Internet startup. Prior to working at <a href="http://healthytyping.com/" target="_blank">healthytyping.com</a>, he was a strategy consultant in Oliver Wyman’s Financial Services Practice and a summer analyst at Wexford Capital, a hedge fund and private equity firm. Mr. Friedlander graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Huntsman Program, where he earned a B.S. in Economics at the Wharton School and a B.A. in International Studies at the College of Arts and Sciences.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>Jonathan Golub</strong><br /><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Chief U.S. Equity Strategist and Managing Director UBS </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: small;">Jonathan Golub is Chief U.S. Equity Strategist and Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank, where he is responsible for developing the firm’s U.S. equity outlook, views on market leadership, and sector recommendations.  Jonathan’s research focuses on identifying key investment themes driving stock performance, as well as constructing proprietary analytical tools.  Previously, Mr. Golub was Chief Investment Strategist and Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns.  He also spent over a dozen years on the buy side, including six years as the U.S. Equity Strategist for JP Morgan Asset Management. Jonathan is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business with a degree in Economics and Accounting.  He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><strong>Martin Grumet</strong><br /><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Professor of Cell Biology and Neuroscience, Rutgers University </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: small;">Dr. Martin Grumet is Professor of Cell Biology and Neuroscience in the Division of Life Sciences at Rutgers University, Director of the Stem Cell Research Center at Rutgers University and Associate Director of the W.M. Keck Center for Collaborative Neuroscience. His lab focuses on novel applications of molecules and stem cells to neurological disorders including spinal cord injury.  Molecular and cellular projects in spinal cord injury and stem cells are being pursued in collaboration with corporate partners including Quark Pharmaceutical Inc. using siRNA technology to inhibit protein synthesis and with Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics using bone marrow stem cells to promote recovery following spinal cord injury. Dr. Grumet received his B.Sc. in Physics from The Cooper Union, his Ph.D. in Biophysics at Johns Hopkins University, and did his Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Developmental and Molecular Biology at The Rockefeller University.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>Milena Kozhin</strong><br /><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Owner, D’Vida Health Bar</span></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">Milena started her career having worked at some of the most respected firms in New York such as Bloomberg and Google.  After learning the ropes of film from her colleagues at the Charlie Rose show, she took on the entertainment world with Miramax Films. Constantly motivated to learn new skills, she was accepted to participate in a multimedia project at Ogilvy &amp; Mather where she created a Media Plan for the Hospital for Special Surgery.  After working at Interview Magazine and then Google, she immersed into the world of medicine with her work in the Cardiology department at NY Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical College, while fulfilling her Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition.  Milena is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.  She participates in Food As Medicine conferences and continuously studies with leading health authorities and masters in functional medicine and nutrition. Along with her brother, Mark, she co-founded the d’Vida Health Café where they practice the pursuit of a healthier lifestyle.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: large;"><strong>Morris Massel</strong><br /><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Counsel, Simpson Thacher &amp; Bartlett LLP</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">Morris Massel is Counsel at Simpson Thacher &amp; Bartlett LLP where he is a member of the Bankruptcy Department.  He regularly represents clients in connection with out-of-court restructurings and Chapter 11 cases.  Mr. Massel’s work focuses primarily on advising distressed companies and financial institutions in connection with their loans to troubled companies.  In addition, he also represents acquirers of financially distressed companies in Chapter 11 cases and provides advice regarding the structuring of corporate transactions. Mr. Massel also advises the Firm’s private equity clients in connection with the restructuring of their portfolio companies. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from the New York University School of Law.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: small;">Mr. Tessel is a successful serial entrepreneur having guided many successful ventures in his extensive career.  He is also a founder of and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Children of Chernobyl.  Chabad’s Children of Chernobyl (CCOC) is a not-for-profit organization that evacuates kids from the radioactive Chernobyl region and provides them with critical medical care, new homes, and excellent education in Israel.  CCOC also provides children currently living in the radioactive zone with medicine and advanced medical equipment.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: large;"><span style="font-size: small;">Mr. Vanderveer is a Philadelphia area native who will become a litigation associate at Sullivan &amp; Cromwell in the fall of 2012. William is currently a law student at New York University.  He is a notes editor on the NYU Law Review.  He received his B.A. in History from George Washington University.</span></span></p>
